Click & Collect Service

Our Click & Collect service allows the convenience of ordering online with the option of collecting your order directly from our HQ. This is subject to inventory.

To use this service, simply select Click and Collection as your shipping method.

We kindly ask that you allow at least four hours for us to process your order and prepare it for collection.

We will send you an email confirming your order is ready for collection.

If you would like same day collection, please place your online order before 3:00pm. Any orders placed after this time will be ready for next day collection.

Please bring your confirmation email to collect your order. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, they must have a copy of the confirmation email.

We will hold your Click & Collect order for seven days. If you haven’t collected your order within these seven days, we will process a refund.

This will take 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
