Please note, processing time and delivery time are different stages of the shipping process. After placing your order, please allow up to 48 hours for your payment to be processed.

Raw Bundle orders (all origins) have a processing time of 10-17 working days, weekends and holidays excluded.

This does not apply to ready to ship orders or click and collect orders.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with an estimated delivery date.

Please note that all packages are signed for and will not be released unless a signature is present.

We ship orders using Royal Mail, DHL, FEDEX and UPS.

All orders require mandatory processing times within our delivery times of one to three working days.

Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will begin automatically. Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and placing a new order.

Please note that all packages are signed for and will not be released unless a signature is present. 

We are not responsible for custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out we cannot make manual corrections.

If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. If you require an expedited service, you are welcome to select click and collect at checkout (subject to inventory).
