Elite Extensions takes great pride in their donor hair extensions and lace systems. 

All orders are subject to thorough quality assurance prior to shipping. Similarly, all orders are photographed and logged against said order numbers for our records. 

 Shipping fees are non-refundable. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.

If you happen to change your mind when you receive your order, you can return your order within 7 days. However, it’s imperative you notify us via email within 24 hours upon receiving your order. If you chose to return your goods, please make sure it's in the same condition received, untampered, unused, and unworn.

Due to hygiene reasons, frontals and closures cannot be returned or exchanged.
